Welcome everyone, welcome in this training about how to build a profitable coaching business in just five hours a week. For the one of you who don't know me, my name is Isalin Hozier i'm a coach for Mrs Corporate professional and new coaches who wants to build their business even if they have limited time available. I know you have your hand full you have a demanding 9 to five job you might have a family to take care of, but one thing that I also know about you is that you know that you have an expiration date in the corporate world and you don't want to wait the last minute or to get fired in order to figure out what your you will be actually doing next.

And that's how I help you turn your expertise into income without sacrificing your time, your well-being and your family. Some fun facts about me. I'm French, I'm a mom, I'm a wife. And the reason why I actually built this business is because five years ago, I was in your shoes. I had the amazing corporate job it was draining, it was time consuming, I was exhausted and I quickly realized that I wanted to build something on my own i wanted to have impact, I wanted to help people.

I want you to have more freedom, more fulfillment and more control over my life but like most of you, I actually asked myself, how am I supposed to build a coaching business when I barely have time to breathe? And that's one of the biggest misconceptions that we have as a corporate employee and that is in your in our way of building a thriving coaching business is that we think that we need to work 40 plus hours a week in order to be successful. We think that we don't have time to build our coaching business, but that's not true. Think about it like does every entrepreneur do every successful entrepreneur actually started their business having an empty schedule? No.

Do you think that the only way to build a driving coaching business is to quit your job and go lean? No if not, I won't be here in front of you. What you need is that you need to have the right strategy. You don't need more time and basically one of the mistakes that I see a lot of coach she's doing is that they're wasting their time on the wrong activities.

So on activities that are not moving the needle forward in their business such as over thinking their niche instead of re talking to their potential client, spending hours perfecting their websites, social media instead of building connection or consuming content instead of creating offers and making self. But think about it, what is instead of spending your time on those activity, you were spending your time on high impact action on action that are generating revenue and are generating cash flow. Everything will be different, and that's exactly what I'm going to teach you today. Instead of wasting your time on this activity, what I really want you to do is to spend your time on these three things.

First of all, focusing on visibility. I really want you to show up and share your message. I also want you to provide value. You need to position yourself as an expert because if you are not an expert, people are not going to work with you. I want you also to focusing on offer. The more direct offer compelling invitation you are going to make in order to work with you, the more client will actually get to work with you, the more successful your business will be.

But you might tell me how do I do that you know, I only have five hours available a week. How do I focus on high impact actions that are going to get me result clients cash flow. So here's the framework that I'm teaching my client. When you only have five hours available, the first hour should be dedicating to making offer because as I told you, without offer you don't have any client. The second hour needs to be dedicated to building relationship because your network is your asset.

The faster you are going to build relationship, the more leads you will get and the more client will actually work with you. The third hour should be dedicated to visibility and content. If you are not showing up where your ideal clients are and you are not saying what they want to hear, like how do you want to actually attract them? If people don't know what you're doing, you don't have a business. The far Flower should be focusing on client delivery. Once you sign client, you want to make sure that you can get you can get them the transformation.

You want to make sure that they are actually happy to work with you. They are getting result so they are happily referring you to their network. And the FIFA hour should be about business growth. It's not only about working on doing all the things for your business. You need to know exactly where you want to go you need to up level your skills. You need to have the strategy. Because even if you have limited time and you want to delegate some of the action in your business, you need to tell exactly the team that you will be working with, where you want to go and what you are expecting from them.

But you might say OK, but what does that mean i don't know exactly i understand like the concept of the five hours, but what should I clearly be doing inside of those hours? So here are some example that you need to be for focusing on when it come to making offer which is a daily revenue generating activity. It means that during this hour you need to focus on engaging with potential client, starting conversation, inviting people to book a call with you that are a good fit, follow up with past lead who showed interest and but haven't taken action yet.

Directly offer your coaching program in your content through email and ask for a referral from your network or past client. When it comes to building relationship and re nurturing your connection, you need to interact with ideal client comments DM collaboration. You need to also provide value in the community where your potential client are hanging out. You need to send them personal message to nurture them and check in with them.

You need to engage with past clients and where we need to keep the relationship going. And finally, you need to leverage networking opportunity because that's also a great way for you to actually attract really your ideal client inside of your community. When it come to Yahoo dedicated to visibility and content, you need to know how to post strategy content it's not just posting for the sake of posting. It's posting content that is directly speaking to your ideal client's main point entry.

It's also about building relatability, showing who you are, sharing the benign decision of your business the client win answering like the question in a way that build trust, authority, repost testimonial, social proof, case studies, show up on stories, record short form content to boost engagement. You want people to know that you are here and to know what you have been doing. If you are hiding and not showing up your your business will not grow. When it come to the hour dedicated to client delivering delivery.

It's mean that during these hours maybe we will run coaching session, maybe you will review your client's progress, offer them feedback. You will maybe dedicated this hour to create new materials, send weekly update encouragement to your client. Look for ways to really refine you your client experiences and get can get more result and you can get more referrals out of it. And finally, when it's come for the last hour, which is dedicated to business growth. The goal here is to understand what is working and networking your business so reviewing your messaging, reviewing your offer, tracking your metrics improvement, a new strategy when it come to sell or marketing, investing in mentorship, coaching or training to actually grow your skills and planning the next step.

You always need to know where you are heading with your business. So you are actually focusing on actions that will get you there. Now that you have an idea of how what to do within those five hours, one thing that you need to remind yourself is that at first, implementing all of this might be a bit hard, but consistency is key. Even if you have a demanding job in a family life, consistency is what is going to get you the result.

And often we said, oh, I'm not motivated. No, consistency doesn't have anything to do with motivation. When you are not consistent, it's because you don't have a clear structure of what you need to be doing. So which means that you didn't time block those five hours in your calendar every week. When you are sitting at your desk, you don't know exactly what you will be working on and what you are going to focus on and that's why you are not being consistent because it like you don't have a clear reason of where you are aiding and what you're going to be doing.

So in order for you to be consistent, make sure to time block your agenda. Now you have time like your agenda, you know exactly the five hours, you know exactly what you are going to be focusing on for the next two weeks. But you are wondering, OK, but once I've done that and I'm starting to get in the flow, what are the next step? The next step is really to figure out exactly like what is your niche and how to get your first big client.
