00:00 I'm so excited to share with you the room for more so that you can bring multiple offer revenue engine that helps you to bring in more money on repeat and serve more clients in this new digital era. So in about 20 ish minutes, we're going to really share with you the possibilities and opportunities so that you can have multiple offers that feel good for you. And so I'm so excited thank you so much for being here just want to say welcome, welcome, welcome.
00:25 If you are a go getter, coach, content creator or service provider, this is the space for you. And if you are in this space right like we, I feel like we are not here just as transactional business owners. We are here as heart LED entrepreneurs that really want to make more impact in this world. And so that is what we want so that we can have multiple offers that help us to do that for us. And here's the raw reality, right? Multiple offers really opened up a world of possibilities for myself and also for my clients. And it gave me the opportunity to serve different people that I have never met in real life.
01:06 I wish to be able to do that in the future and serve them globally. And instant credibility boost in order to be featured in spaces like these and be invited to places that I would never have had opportunity to otherwise. And really waking up to sales and even months after an event and after putting out an offer, that just gives me the insight that people are looking for those, even when I know that it's something that is timeless that we are creating for ourselves, for our clients and the world around us. So that is what I want for you because this is the way to sustainable and scalable business that I get, I've made for myself i got to travel, I get to wake up to sales, I get to do the same that I teach my clients.
01:53 And I know this can work for you too so you can have more fun, right so that is what I want. And so this is just one of the things, right like, like I mentioned, I make sales and I get to serve a lot of people and so far I have clients all over the world and I want that for you too that's the impact that we get to make with multiple offers, with multiple ways that people get to work with us, different pathways. And that is super important because it's not even about having new clients.
02:27 It's about having existing customers because it's all about the fact that multiple people can be in our world we can have that relationship we can nurture those people and existing customers are likely to spend more money than new customers, right? And this is just a quick reference from a blog post that I found through Shopify. And the other person that this was a reference from is Gary Vee so if you're not familiar with him, he specifically said that retention is the game. So we're talking about the fact that when you have just one offer, retention may not be possible. But if you have multiple offers, the retention the the game in business is not how many clients you can get, it's how many you can keep.
03:13 And that's the beauty and the power of multiple offers. So now that we're talking about, maybe you're a little bit more convinced that multiple offers might be the way to go. What types of offers should we create and where should we get started right and this might be most inner voice that CE OS are having and so I just want you to know you're not alone. So let's talk about that a little bit let's talk about the different choices and dive into those oK.
03:42 And then we're going to cover like the pros and cons and some examples so that you feel a little bit more comfortable when you start to create your own offers. Now, these are just some of the different digital online offers that you are able to kind of take a look at for yourself. Again, there are VIP days i kind of group them in different buckets here, group programs, mastermind done for you, one on ones, membership life trainings. And then the lower ticket offers that are like the bundles, the kids, the ticket shops and stuff like that.
04:14 In this session, we're not going to cover pricing we're not necessarily going to cover like where you start or how does it all tie together and make sure it's in alignment. Those are things I help my clients to make sure that it is really a powerful offer. But I just want to kind of touch the high level with you, the the different options so that you can at least have some insights on that. And again, like, let's, let's see what kind of things that might be possible for you because at the end of the day, there's really ways that people can work with you no matter what level of their life and situation they're in, because each person have the ability to really work with us, whether that's the free offer step we might have right like if you are doing that for you in one-on-one coaching, well, that's going to take more time and more investment.
05:07 So that might be a higher ticket offer versus like people that might not be quite ready for that we want to serve those people too, right so we want to create multiple different types of offers so that it's more sustainable for our business we're diversifying our our business and also helping and serving more clients. So let's take a look at examples and pros and cons for each of these sections we're going to start with the low ticket offers and then work our from there so little tickets and small, small offers. We're going to talk about some examples and I'm going to use my business just for the sake of because that's what I'm familiar with.
05:43 So low ticket offers, right so some examples you can really price them differently, right like it depends on your market it depends on the different types of people that is currently in your world. But typically for me, I've seen it, you know, like 10 dollars, 7$ all the way up to like 200 three hundred dollars. So those are the kinds of low ticket offers that I currently have. And again, like you can just make it such that it is a self study guide and self study kit. Those are the kinds of stuff that you can create so that people can consume it in their own time. So some pros and cons that you can kind of take a look at here is that lower ticket offers, you know, like it's easier to create because you create it once you put it in a Evergreen funnel, which again, like something that I help my clients to create, but that it can be also gifted.
06:33 And again, there's strategies about these in terms of bundles and collaborations and stuff like that. And because it is an Evergreen, right like the Evergreen means you create it once you put it in a automated sequence. And so it's more quote unquote passive, right like it is something people can buy on their own time when they're ready. And so you wake up to sales, you wake up to more automatic sales this is what I like to call it.
06:59 And it's more specific to solutions, right so if let me go back one second here. So smaller ticket offers, you can see like they're they're very specific, right like I'm talking about lead magnets, I'm talking about forms, I'm talking about social media. It's very targeted to specific solutions people might be looking for some cons though, is that, you know, like it might attract more of the people that might just want to do it themselves, right like they might not necessarily be ready to have some more customized support. They might just be dabbling a little bit not, not saying that as a bad thing, but it might be that they're just in the experimentation mode so you might also get less money because it is lower ticket and you need a lot of leads, right because if you're making just 10$ the conversion rate, let's say a 1 %.
07:47 So if you're looking to make a thousand dollars, that's a lot of people that you need to convince, quote unquote to see if they might need or want your offer. So just getting a lot in front of a lot of eyeballs for lower ticket offers. You know, some people use ads to kind of expedite that a little bit. And the people that might be purchasing it might be less invested because again, they might be not ready to go all in yet. And it doesn't have everything because it's not, it's a specific solution it doesn't have the holistic view. And then the other thing I want to mention, I'm going to fly through some of these, right so some considerations here is that you can sprinkle the link of your low ticket offer in your bio and you know, like all of these different things so that you can kind of get people more visibility to it, right like again, like you can partner up with people and funnel in your next call to action so you can continue to upsell different things and you know, pair them up.
08:48 As you notice, I have multiple things there, so you can do something like that. So that is the one thing that you can do there in terms of the different offers and then in terms of a different type of offer that you can then stack, talking about stacking here, what you can do is you can put it in a membership, right so this is one thing that I've put together in the past for myself and for again, I help my clients to do is that, you know, like all the training kits and templates, you know, like you add in some community, some support into it.
09:17 And so you put together all of those different things inside a vault, inside of a library, and also you have some support in there and community aspect. And so there's pros and cons again, right so many ways to play with this is that you can kind of, it's kind of like Lego blocks you can put together the different trainings from your low ticket you can put together some community support and stuff like that.
09:42 And because it is a membership, it's a recurring so you're getting income month after month, year after year, however you price that and you have continuously clients that are paying you that you can upsell to. If you do have an upsell package, right that is again, like the back pocket offer that again, like you need to make sure that you have that, that sequence of the different offers that you're you're going to be ready for. And it also get gets you to get more trust because these are people that are buying from you, you're helping them, you're serving them and they're getting the success stories. So it is more scalable also right from that perspective because again like you can kind of add in more things, you can change the pricing as you get more members in there.
10:26 The biggest cons though, and I will just being open and honest here, is that memberships take more time, not necessarily just for really serving people in it, but also for filling the membership itself and also retention, right there's a lot of different piece moving pieces in there and again, like as the digital marketplace kind of shifts a little bit, I'm just being mindful that, you know, like just stay on top of the curve there and it is a long term commitment, right like for you and for your clients, because if people are there for six months, a year, you need to make sure you're in it too, that you're going to keep showing up no matter, you know, sometimes you don't feel, maybe you don't feel motivated and stuff.
11:08 So just make sure you're considering retention, you know, like if something is not working, make tweaks along the way and make sure that you have a clear goal this is not a program we're going to talk about like a group program here in a minute. But membership is a little bit different than that. And the vibe depending who's inside the membership can fluctuate depending on the people. And so some marketing ideas for you here is that, you know, like you can offer like trial access in exchange for feedback. I don't necessarily recommend is a, you know, like in terms of like again, like getting the vibe in there. So just seeing what kind of like offer that you can kind of make maybe have a bonus different launch strategies there.
11:48 You can showcase a different small part of the membership, right like you can create content and those kinds of stuff. And you can also create like a front end or back, back end and offer, like we mentioned in terms of complementing your membership so that people can really see the value in continuing to join your membership. So in terms of more the group program, let me jump into that real quick for you here, because I feel like there's a slight difference in terms of a group program so the group program is more of a step by step program where people are getting your hands on support.
12:23 So what that means is that when they join it, there is a little bit of and cons that I want to mention here, right? It's more scalable because you can bring in more people and it's more of a balance of the value and the price so you're giving them more hands on support, they're getting the support from you. And also it's more structured in terms of when they're going to get it and that kind of stuff. It's also streamlined information share because it's specific to the results that they're going in there, but at the same time, they also have a community it's not just that they're just learning from you. And so again, like you're focused on their results you're not just like filling them with a training vault with a bunch of different trainings that they may or may not need.
13:08
So it's very, very specific. So some cons again, some time and effort similar to the membership that you need to set up. You may need more tech because again, like you need to consider Zoom, you know, like those kinds of meetings with your clients, the the library system so that you can get people to see the trainings feedback and checking in with clients and stuff like that. And so it might feel a little bit out of place if you're not necessarily streamlining your information.
13:39 So making sure you're very clear in terms of what are they there for, right so for example, going back to this one, just the fact that we are talking about Evergreen CEO inside of the program CEO actually is an acronym for a client engine and offer that was that's our focus inside of this right like we're helping our people to go beyond profit and scale a business that works for you. So that is very specific in terms of what we're dealing doing inside. So it is very specific in terms of the information.
14:13 And again like from a cons perspective, just making sure that the energy I do a application form so people inside of it, we don't, I don't necessarily allow every single person to go through and it's also a longer term commitment because I want people to get results right that is definitely the other thing on both sides, me serving my clients and also them showing up for themselves. So that's again another consideration for you. So some marketing ideas real quick in terms of the group program for you is again like ask your clients, right like if you have one-on-one clients already or beta test a small intimate group of people that you may already know in your circle and make sure that you're talking about your your own framework, right because it's not a vanilla copy pasted stuff like I mentioned, my, my CEO framework is specifically something I've created i love acronyms so I've made something up like the CEO for a client engine offer.
15:12 So talk a little bit more about that and your content and conversations and stuff like that. Because again, your content and most other option offers should lead to this this should be your biggest things, right so if we go back to your the, the framework, right so this one right here as you notice like this is going to be the most investment, but it's not necessarily going to take that much time from you. So we want more people to come into this this area because then that is going to feel the most support with that is most scalable for you, right so in terms of one-on-one some things that you can consider right? These days I do either like a one-on-one that is just a one time or a long term conversation, right like month over month.
16:03 So there is different ways that you can do that. And some pros and cons for this one is that it's easy to sell and set start because you can literally just create a strike payment, a PayPal payment and say, hey, like, let's stop for an hour. So it's very little tech and cost to set up. It's more personal because you are working with somebody one-on-one and it's targeted to what the other person is looking for, right they talk with you, they ask you for support. So it's clear to the results like they come to you for a specific thing they're asking for, but it is not scalable, OK like there is going to be a limit to how many people you can support in a day, in a week.
16:43 And so there's time restrictions if you have, if you want to work with clients globally might not be a good strategy. So it can also feel repetitive the more clients you help it's just like, OK, like this is the same question that has come up time over time. And because it is targeted to the client need, you might start to feel like you're less of an expert because the client is dictating the conversation. And then it's also kind of almost feels a little bit lonely because it's just you and the client.
17:11 Again, that's what the group program is going to help with in terms of just having the community, having the repetition be in a training library and it is more scalable. So if you want to start here though, this is a great place to start. And there is, you know, like room for this, like this is still something that I have in my business because some people may not want the group or may not be ready for it. So some some ideas for you to do is reach out to potential leads, right, like locally too, so networking and stuff like that.
17:41 You can also offer some sort of like a punch card, like a referral bonus and stuff like that and do behind the scenes, right like when you're doing a, a call, you don't record the actual conversation please don't do that for privacy purposes, but just like featuring your clients having another offer framework like this one so that you can continue to get them to the next level, right so those are the kinds of stuff you can do there. As we wrap up, I just want to let you know that this stuff works because this is something that I've put in place for myself i help my clients to do and I know that having multiple offers will allow you and me and everyone around us to have more impact and fun in our business and naturally more money in our bank.
18:25 So if you are ready for more, let's connect i'm on all the social media on at Passion Breakthrough. And what I want you to take away from this is what if your offer staff just brought in one sale, right like that is something that you can do with this offer suite because you're only one offer away from new sales, right? And that is the beauty of what we talked about here. And my challenge for you, should you choose accept it is that take everything we covered here and make sure to implement the strategies in your own business.
