[00:00:00]: Hello and welcome to Sweet Dreams. From One Digital offer to a suite that sells. Have you ever launched a digital product and thought, okay, now what? You poured your heart into that mini course, that checklist ebook, and then crickets or worse, you sold a few and felt the pressure to go out and make something new all over again. Sis, what if I told you you don't need a hundred products, you just need a smart suite built from what you already have and what you already know. And that's what we're diving into today. So who is this that is guiding you in this journey? Hey there, it's me. I'm Rasheeda Green, also known as the digimonpreneur. I'm the founder of Get Right Coaching, the host of the Mompreneur HQ community as well as the making of a Mompreneur show and the creator of the Digimompreneur Academy.
[00:01:05]: And I'm a wife of 19 years with two beautiful girls. I'm an author and a ministry leader and I am a business coach who helps mom entrepreneurs build intentional freedom first online businesses. And today I want to show you how to stop reinventing the wheel and start stacking your brilliance. That's right. This session is called Sweet Dreams From One Digital offer to a suite that sells. Because I truly believe that your one idea can be the seed of a whole ecosystem. One that works for your audience and for your life. Now I'm going to remove this here and so let us go ahead and continue what you'll learn in this clarity packed session.
[00:02:04]: You'll discover how to turn one digital product into a streamlined scalable suite that sells without burnout, busy work or starting from scratch. So let's start with a problem. Most mompreneurs, they launch a product and stop there. We create something amazing. A CANVA template, a planner, a mini course and then move on to the next big idea. But what happens? We stay stuck in launch mode. Our customers get one result but don't know what to do next. And we miss out on recurring income, deeper trust and aligns growth.
[00:02:52]: The truth is, one product is just the beginning. If you treat that product like step one in a bigger journey, you can scale with intention and not overwhelm. So this is where we start to introduce our framework. It is called the Suite Life Staircase and it's a five step structure that turns your core idea into a full profitable product suite. Now here's what it looks like. If it might look a little small for you, but you want to start out with your starter product and that's going to be your quick win, right? This is your freebie, your template, a checklist. And then we move on to our second step which is our core offer. Now this is your main transformation.
[00:03:46]: So that could be a course, a workshop or even a coaching program, right? And then step three, we're going to talk about your upsell or your bundle. Now these are things that save your clients time or elevate the experience. Fourth is community or membership. You have your ongoing support and accountability. And the last step on this staircase is our premium one on one high touch support, like your VIP day coaching packages and things like that. All of these offers, they serve the same audience, but just at different stages of their journey. Let's explore some of the sweet examples. For example, we're talking about busy moms managing side hustles.
[00:04:54]: So an example would be your starter product, free weekly planner sample core offer, your full planner system with video tutorials on time blocking. Then you have your upsell, that's your pack of digital sticker designs. And then you have your membership. Now this could be a monthly planning and productivity calls that you schedule out throughout the month. It could be bi weekly accountability check ins, something like that, that they would have recurring planning and activities to be alongside others in a membership. Then you have your premium one on one coaching, one on one offer. And this could be your productivity coaching. If your audience is busy moms managing side hustles, right, you need them to be productive, to be able to be successful.
[00:05:53]: And so this is just one example and there are more to be able to go over and give you some insight as to what this, this staircase looks like. Next we have our tech and systems. Okay, so this might be a sweet example designed to simplify and enhance productivity. Again, first we have our starter pack product and that's a setup checklist. This is something that's accessible entry point. It's helping users to get organized and effortlessly. Next, you have your core offering. Now this is a course on simplification, right? Because tech and systems are supposed to make life easier.
[00:06:48]: So this course guides participants through streamlining their tech and systems, making their processes more efficient. Consider it the main transformation tool. For those looking for more, you can provide the upsell, which includes templates or automation tools. And these are designed to save time and further enhance productivity, offering a quick way to implement learned strategies. Next we're looking at membership offers. And this could easily be a co working session or sessions. These sessions provide ongoing support and foster community, allowing members to collaborate and and share their ideas. Finally, an example of a premium option is a strategy day.
[00:07:39]: This is a personalized experience offering in depth consultation to tailor systems and strategies to individual needs. Each level is crafted to provide increasing value and support, ensuring users can can access the resources they need when they need them. Another sweet example if your audience or niche is education, Right? So let's see how we can support. Set up a suite that can support the education sector effectively. First we have the starter options which include flashcards or a study guide. Now these are perfect for students who need a quick and accessible way to reinforce learning. It's all about giving a solid foundation. Our core offer, well, it's a comprehensive tutoring system.
[00:08:39]: This is where we dive deeper, providing structured and personalized support to enhance educational outcomes. Next, we have the upsell. Now these could be some practice packs. These are designed to offer additional exercises and challenges, keeping learners engaged and helping them master new skills. Moving to the membership level, we have the educator support hub. Now it's a community platform where educators can share resources, seek advice and collaborate, fostering a rich learning environment. And then finally, if we want to go to the premium offer staircase, then that includes academic coaching. You're providing tailored guidance to help students achieve their academic goals, whatever those may be.
[00:09:29]: And this suite is designed to not only enhance learning, but also to build a supportive educational community. Now remember, the aim is to enrich the educational experience and at every level. Another sweet example. Well, let's look how a well crafted suite can transform the wellness industry. Starting with the basics, a starter package offers accessible tools like meal plans or journal prompts. And these are designed to gently guide individuals towards a healthier lifestyle. Moving up to the core level where you'd introduce a comprehensive wellness program. Here the focus is on the signature approach that helps participants to delve deeper into their well being journey.
[00:10:23]: Now for those ready for an upgrade, the upsell includes a meditation bundle or supplements, adding an extra layer of support and personalization. As we progress to membership, group coaching becomes a key component, fostering community and shared experiences. Finally, at the premium level, you could offer personalized one on one wellness coaching, providing tailored guidance to meet individual needs. This suite structure not only caters to varying levels of engagement, but also supports a holistic wellness journey. Now you might be asking why this works. Well, this is about more than income, this is about impact and intention. When you build a suite, you reduce burnout because you're not always creating all of these new products, right? You serve your people better by giving them what they need. Next, because it is inevitable that if you Give them step A.
[00:11:37]: They are trying to get through all of the steps to Z. And if you can service them at those levels, it's great. Now, honestly, if you cannot, if it's out of your wheelhouse, it's not something that you can do, then certainly get your pocket of people and professionals that you can recommend or refer to your clients after you've gone through your initial step through them that you can do. But if you know your clients and you know them well, you most definitely know what that next question is. And if you have the skill set and ability to make that staircase for them, then I would recommend that you do that. That way you are serving at your highest and best. And while you're doing that with intention, you are still benefiting, building up your business in the process. Also, you create consistent revenue and predictable pathways in your business by setting up a profitable product suite.
[00:12:45]: And here's the best part. Most of you already have half of this stuff in your for your suite, in your Google Drive, your canva folders or content that you just have in your sitting on your hard drive or an archive. You just haven't organized it yet. So as we get ready to wrap up our discussion on our sweet dreams from one digital offer to a suite that sells, I have some things that I want you to do next. I want you to write down your core transformation. What is your core idea that one transformation you love helping people to achieve? For me, it's helping moms to start a business that they don't have to go to or spend all of their time in because they're raising families, they're working jobs or business and or already have these businesses that they're juggling so much already that sometimes time is limited. And so that is one of the things that I want to do. Help them with digital products because those are easier to.
[00:14:09]: That's an easier business to build online. And it's awesome. It's an awesome opportunity to create these things that we started in our, in our first starter level. Those checklists and those principles, those are the quite easy to create and then to put onto a platform like Etsy or Shopify. The that's another easier platform because they market well. Etsy markets for you and Shopify gives you opportunity to have a greater audience. So these are platforms that you could use in the sense of built for me in the sense of being a mom coach. Okay, so that's what I want you to think about.
[00:15:00]: What is the one transformation you love helping people achieve? And then I want you to Go and look at what you already have that could become a startup product or a core offer. Now I'm one of those people that have a whole bunch of stuff on my laptop, in my downloads and in my doc files, in my PowerPoints. Because constantly creating, constantly creating. And if you taken some online courses, you probably took down some good notes and created a project from those courses. Think about all that. Look at what you already have and then consider what could be your starter product or your core product. We're talking about that same transformation. And lastly, I want you to map out your suite life staircase.
[00:15:56]: What could each step look like? We talked about those steps. Go back to the picture and walk up that staircase and identify what could be your starter or your core and your upsell and your membership and then your one on one coaching with a topic or niche. What could that be for you? You don't have to build it all at once. You just need a plan. Just need a plan. And once you have a plan, you just need to make a decision to move forward with purpose. That's right. You get to take action.
[00:16:39]: Now. We're all about being online, we're all about simplifying life and we're all about making things easier. But there is some work that must be done to get your product suite up and running so that it sells.
