[00:00:13] When is the last time you received a thank you letter that was actually handwritten? I mean, truly handwritten, not printed, and then signed or completely printed to look like handwriting. If you really want to show your customers your appreciation for their support, consider sending handwritten thank you notes.
[00:00:30] I did this recently for PodOps Hosting users. For users who had signed up in the early days of our service, I reached out with some swag giveaway, including Drink Koozies, a personal fan, and a pop socket for their phone. When I sent off the swag to those who'd shared a mailing address, I included handwritten thank you cards showing my appreciation for their support of the business. This shows my immense gratitude that they've chosen our service and lets them know I appreciate them enough to take the time and write out a handwritten thank you note. Small gestures can go a long way and help make your company more human.
